What to call a resource which represents food, water, etc.?

I'm actually thinking these will be separate resources now:
- Water
- Oxygen
- Food

This will allow them to be harvested, grown, traded independently and used for other things beyond just bio support -- e.g. use Oxygen for rocket fuel, Water for farming, etc.
