The ability for players to create a contract between each other. The content of the agreement can be absolutely anything, but must be signed by all players who are part of it.
Once accepted by all parties, the agreement is binding.
Each player has a record of how many contracts they have agreed to and how many they have completed successfully or failed.
Question -- how to know whether they completed it successfully. Originally, I thought it would all be player driven, off of a vote or such, but that could be abused.
